The use of generators at Ruijterkade West will be prohibited from 1st August

Starting from august 1^st 2023 the use of generators is prohibited at the Ruijterkade West (jetty 16, 17 & 18) and the Westerdoksdijk.
Any sort of generator will be prohibited at these locations. If shore power is not working properly, is it mandatory that you call the telephone number as mentioned on the device asap. You also need to contact port authority (telephone number +31 (0)20 5234600 (chose option 2) and inform them that shore power is not working. You are not allowed to stay at your berth if you do not inform the port authority. If a failure in shore power cannot be solved it is possible that another jetty will be assigned to you. If another jetty is not available, you will receive a waiver from port authority.
Only then you are allowed to stay at the reserved berth.

When connecting to shore power it is important you do this properly and accurately. If one of the devices is not working, please try another shore power connection (if available).
It is important you always report a malfunction by using the phone number as listed on the box.When connecting multiple shore power connections, we recommend connecting and synchronizing one connection first before connecting a second one.
